
The department staff consists of 36 employees. The department includes a highly qualified teaching staff: 3 Doctors of Science, 4 Candidates of Science, and 3 PhD holders. There are also 16 part-time employees, including 1 Doctor of Science, 2 Candidates of Science, 3 Doctors of Philosophy (PhD), and 10 lecturers with a Master’s degree.
Every year, the department’s researchers and staff undergo internships at leading enterprises in the food industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in near and far-abroad countries.
The department’s activities are based on the regulatory documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the principles of the Bologna Process, and the standards for the accreditation of engineering programs within the framework of the EUR-ACE project (European Accredited Engineer).
